I recently had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people in the Fern Creek area. They reached out to us because they needed to sell their house, but didn’t want to deal with the usual stress of selling a property. They were tired of living in the house, and after discussing all their options, they decided the best route was to sell directly to us.
