For today’s message, we’re doing a quick recap of our market’s performance in April 2020 as compared to April of last year. So, how have things been trending? In April 2019, 1,576 homes sold whereas 1,505 sold this April—not as steep of a drop as some might have expected. The average sales price did decrease year over year from $231,000 to $157,000. The average days on market was cut by more than half, dropping from 80 to 32.
